Wilson Law recently was able to assist one of its Legal Aid clients to amicably settle a case and obtain a lump sum payout of spousal support and property equalization; along with shared custody of the children.

Our client “Dad” had been a stay at home father for many years, and had sustained some physical injuries that prevented him from rejoining the work force.   The opposing party “Mom” was not inclined to value Dad's contributions in the same way that Dad saw it.  Through meetings involving both lawyers and Mom and Dad, over time a successful agreement was achieved for both parties - most especially in the best interests of the children.  

That is what Wilson Law calls a Win/Win - the only outcome that truly benefits children!
